The Valley Green is a two building, 81 unit apartment complex located at 25 Morrison Avenue in Troy, New York at the corner of Morrison Avenue and Cottage Street. The complex is a five minute walk to the campus of Hudson Valley Community College, and a three mile drive to RPI and Russel Sage Colleges.

 

Just down the hill is entrance to I-787, giving tenants easy access to the entirety of the Capital Region. From 787 take exit 7E to the first traffic light. Take a right on Morrison Avenue, the building will be on your right, just up the hill at the intersection of Morrison Avenue and Cottage Streets.
